Don't Just Adopt AI. Design What Comes After It. A Course for Senior Operators.

The leaders who get AI transformation right design it deliberately

Most organizations are measuring the wrong things, restructuring before they've mapped anything, and calling it transformation.

The professionals who get this right aren't the fastest adopters. They're the ones who understood what was at stake before everyone else did — and designed their organization's response deliberately.

This course exists because that kind of thinking doesn't happen by accident. It requires a framework, a diagnostic process, and a peer community of senior operators who are navigating the same decisions you are.

In four weeks you'll map your organization's AI trajectory, build a decision rights structure for your function, sequence a measurement plan your leadership can act on, and assemble a transformation design document you can walk into an executive conversation with the week after the course ends.

Not a certificate. Not a survey of tools. A working artifact and a framework you'll use for years.

What you’ll learn

Leave with a diagnosis of where your organization stands and a transformation plan your leadership can act on.

  • Build your Alignment Audit to map your function's current AI trajectory and identify what it means for decisions you need to make now.

  • Apply the audit to assess whether your org is building capability or quietly eroding it.

  • Identify the three structural risks most transformation programs miss before they become visible.

  • Build your Decision Rights Matrix, categorizing workflows across five governance categories of AI vs. human involvement.

  • Identify tasks that may be migrating too far from human oversight.

  • Build a governance map that reflects where decisions are actually being made, not assumed to be.

  • Distinguish which metrics belong in the first 30 days of transformation — and which ones will mislead you if tracked too early.

  • Recognize the early signals that tell you whether your organization is integrating AI well before output data confirms it.

  • By day 90, place your organization on the HAA Diagnostic Frame, with evidence to demonstrate sound organizational design to your leadership.

  • Identify which roles in your function are building the next generation of senior practitioners — and which are potentially at risk.

  • Recognize the early warning signs of capability loss before they show up in performance data or succession gaps.

  • Assemble your Transformation Design Document that keeps expert skill development intact as AI takes on more routine work.

  • Continue to evolve your plan as you integrate Human Agency Architecture into workflows and org structure.

How you'll diagnose where your organization actually stands

Most AI transformation efforts are tracked with the wrong metrics — output numbers that look healthy while the organization's capacity to think, decide, and develop talent quietly erodes underneath them.

This course uses a diagnostic frame grounded in Human Agency Architecture (HAA) — a framework for aligning AI transformation with both human capacity and business outcomes. The Frame maps your organization on two axes that matter more than productivity alone — Agency and Productivity. Four zones, four very different organizational futures:

  • Flourishing zone — high agency, high productivity. Gains are real, judgment pipeline intact, sustained advantage.

  • Augmentation zone — high agency, low productivity. Human capacity preserved, efficiency still on the table.

  • Substitution zone — low agency, high productivity. Output looks strong; cognitive atrophy and succession gaps are hidden underneath it.

  • Stall zone — low agency, low productivity. Adoption without design — tooling invested, little to show for it.

By Week 3, you'll place your own organization on this Frame with evidence, not a guess. Week 4 is designing the path from where you are to where you want to be.
