You have an idea for an app, a tool, or a product. You have been sitting on it. This workshop is one day to turn it into something real.

In five hours, you will go from a rough concept to a working product with a live URL. No coding experience needed. You will build with AI tools, and I will be in the room guiding every step.

The day: We start by sharpening your idea into something buildable. Then you spend two hours building with hands-on support. By hour four, your product is live on the internet. The last thirty minutes, everyone demos what they shipped.

This is the same format I ran as a 4-week sprint at Volta, compressed into one day. Every participant shipped a live product. Some already have real users.

You leave with: a live URL you own, the ability to keep building with AI on your own, and direct feedback from the room on what you built.

What you’ll learn

Arrive with an idea you have been sitting on. Leave with a live product, the skill to keep building with AI, and real feedback from the room

  • Use a simple framework to define who it is for, what it does, and why it matters

  • Prompt Claude Code to generate real pages, features, and functionality step by step

  • Push your project live on the internet so anyone with the link can use it

  • Practice a 2-minute demo script and hear honest reactions from other builders

  • Walk away knowing how to describe what you need so AI builds what you actually want

Workshop agenda

  • Sharpen your idea into something buildable

    We start with your rough idea and turn it into a clear scope: who it's for, what it does, what the first version looks like. You leave this hour knowing exactly what you're building.

  • Build with AI tools and hands-on support

    The main build block. You will use AI tools to turn your scoped idea into a working product. I am in the room the entire time, helping you move past every stuck point.

  • Deploy your product live

    By this point your product works. Now we put it on the internet with a live URL you own. You will walk out of this room with something real that anyone can visit.

  • Demo what you built

    Everyone shows what they shipped. Two minutes each. You get direct feedback from the room and leave with clarity on what to do next.
