    Frame the problem and find its blind spot. Then pull the right information in: a protocol for your assessments and for the organizational context the call actually depends on.

  • Hour 3: How to decide, with calibration

    A force-rank two-by-two on your own priorities, used to weight your assessments. Then the call itself: confidence bands, a revisit date, and a way to log it so you learn from it.

  • Hour 4: Getting your organization behind the call

    Package the decision into your theory of change: a one-page map to the outcome, moved up and down your organization's altitudes, shaped into stories people act on. Close on the map and kit.
