Sharpen your ambiguous ask into the real decision, and build your option set.
Hour 2: Assessments + blind weighting
Build your MECE assessments, weight them blind against the AI, then kick off independent research and break while it runs.
Hour 3: The reveal
Score blind, open the seal, and reconcile where you and the AI diverge. Facilitated, with peer input. The core of the day.
Hour 4: Pre-mortem, decide, install
