Build Your Agentic Company: Turn AI Into Leverage, Not More Work

Han Kay

Systems Architect · Founder, Sysdom AI

AI amplifies everything. Including what’s broken.

AI gives founders two possible futures. It can multiply company capacity—or multiply the coordination work returning to the founder. If you're building an AI-native or agentic company, adding agents is the easy part. The harder problem is turning their output into leverage without becoming the integration layer for every handoff, decision, and next move.

The missing layer is the system the agents operate inside. That is Systems Intelligence.

This four-week working lab turns Systems Intelligence into founder practice. Across four focused 90-minute sessions, you will map your venture, identify the active constraint beneath the surrounding noise, commit one bounded next move, and complete a founder-directed operating cycle.

Sysdom.ai is the included, supported working environment. It organizes venture context across the Product/Service, Customer, Cash, and Skills Engines, preserves evidence, and records the chosen move. You remain responsible for direction, consequential decisions, and approval boundaries.

Leave with a clearer venture state, explicit decision boundaries, one completed cycle, and a repeatable way to increase agent capacity without increasing founder coordination.

What you’ll learn

See your venture clearly, find what is holding it back, and choose the next move—so AI creates leverage instead of more work.

  • Connect the Product/Service, Customer, Cash, and Skills Engines to see where value accumulates, leaks, or stalls.

  • Trace how a decision in one Engine affects the venture as a whole.

  • Use the Systems Intelligence Model (SIM) to reveal dependencies that a function-by-function view would miss.

  • Record observations, assumptions, sources, and proof gaps in one connected venture view.

  • Create a first founder-reviewed draft of the venture state.

  • Mark what is observed, assumed, or still unverified before committing action.

  • Separate the loudest symptom from the constraint most likely to be limiting the venture.

  • Use selected systems laws and archetypes as practical diagnostic lenses.

  • Compare evidence, confidence, and alternatives before choosing a constraint hypothesis.

  • Identify the leverage point most likely to move the chosen constraint.

  • Define one intervention, its reason, owner, approval boundary, and success signal.

  • Check likely effects on the other Engines before authorizing the move.

  • Draft a Venture Constitution defining delegated, notify, approval-required, and prohibited actions.

  • Keep direction, risk, and other consequential decisions under founder control.

  • Separate reversible delegated work from consequential decisions requiring your review.

  • Begin a guided SIM Cycle from diagnosis and authorization through evidence review.

  • Leave with a recorded next move, success signal, learning, and next-cycle plan.

  • Review results against evidence, promote one learning, and define the next cycle.

Who this course is for

  • Founders building a venture who feel complexity outpacing their mental model. You have pieces but no unified operating system.

  • Founders who hit their first real bottleneck and realized working harder isn't solving the structural problem underneath.

  • Founders whose AI tools and agents produce more output while every important decision and handoff still routes back through them.

Prerequisites

  • Bring one real venture—and some evidence

Bring research, a prototype, operating signals, prior decisions, or a serious plan. No website, revenue, or technical setup required.

4 live founder working labs

Apply the method to one real venture across four guided labs. Map the venture as one system, identify the active constraint, commit one bounded next move, and review evidence for the next cycle. Sysdom.ai Early Access is included as the supported working environment; you bring the context, judgment, and final authority.

4 applied venture projects

Complete one focused application block each week. Leave with a connected venture state, an evidence-backed constraint, explicit decision boundaries, one bounded next move, and a completed cycle record.

A learner-owned course portfolio

By the end of the lab, download the core substance of your work as human-readable Markdown/PDF and versioned JSON: your Venture Constitution, four-engine venture state, key constraint, decisions, next move, and completed SIM Cycle. Keep it whether you continue in Sysdom.ai or prefer your own setup.

Community of peers

Work alongside founders examining real ventures. Compare patterns, challenge assumptions, and learn from evidence without sharing confidential details.

Applied venture work

1-2 hrs / week

One focused application block each week. Review and correct your venture state, test the active constraint, define and run one bounded next move, then capture the evidence and learning that begin the next cycle.

Compact lessons + optional references

1 hr / week

One compact lesson each week introduces only the Systems Intelligence concepts needed for that stage of the cycle. Optional book chapters, articles, and demonstrations are available for deeper study. No advance reading is required.
