AI systems builder & educator

You already have the ideas. They are in your articles, your long videos and your podcast transcripts. Turning each one into Shorts by hand is the part that never gets done: pick the moment, write the hook, record, cut, caption, post.
The "Shorts with AI" clips going round make it look like one prompt. Try one on a real article and you get clips that only make sense to someone who read the article. A Short has to work for a stranger who never saw the source, and that needs its own check at every step.
I make my Shorts this way, in Claude Code. This workshop is a fast-paced build for people who already work in Claude Code. You bring a source and build your own pipeline, live. Claude finds the moments a stranger would understand, writes a script for each, and you record them in one sitting while the kit cuts and finishes each one. Bring one of your YouTube videos and it cuts Shorts from that footage. Cannot record? Your cloned voice goes over animated frames.
You get my kit of 10 Claude Code skills and four presets for Shorts, Reels, UGC ads, product clips and video ads. By the end of the day you have Shorts from your own source, and a pipeline that does the next week on its own.
Go from Shorts you never get round to, to a pipeline that turns one source into a week of them.
Build one style file from your logo, your site and two or three Shorts you like: colours, fonts, captions and hook cards.
Pick a preset (Shorts and Reels, UGC ad, product clip or video ad) that sets length, shape and pacing.
Read in an article link, one of your own YouTube videos or a transcript file, every sentence with where it came from.
Find the moments that work for someone who never saw the source, with the reason each one made the list.
Write a script per moment with the hook in the first seconds, then read them off a phone-shaped prompter in one sitting.
Split the sitting into one Short per script, cut pauses, retakes and false starts, and fix names before the captions.
Pick moments from your own long video, reframe them to vertical or square around your face, and add a hook card.
Make 6, 15 and 30 second ad cuts from the same moments, held to the exact limits for YouTube and Google Ads.
Captions a phone viewer can read with the sound off, word pops and a cover frame, rendered with HyperFrames.
No time to record? Lay your own cloned voice over animated frames instead, on your own ElevenLabs plan.
Run a separate checker for sync, leftover retakes, loudness at -14 LUFS, frozen frames and private details on screen.
Write a title, caption and pinned comment per platform, and lay the week out on a posting schedule you approve.
The setup guide arrives by 15 November and the kit by 29 November. Run the setup check and pick an article, one of your videos and a transcript. I help in the Maven chat.
The whole job in steps, from source to schedule. I run my own pipeline on a real article first, so you see where we are going.
Build your style file, pick your preset, read in your source and find the moments a stranger would get. You check every pick and the reason for it.
Write the scripts, record three of them live off the prompter, then split, cut and fix names. Your first Shorts are cut here.
Cut moments from one of your own YouTube videos, then finish every Short with phone captions, word pops, a hook card and a cover. The cloned voice path is shown here.
Run the checker, write titles, captions and pinned comments per platform, and lay out your week. Then 30 minutes of open questions on your setup.
One hour on Sunday 13 December. Bring the second batch you ran through the pipeline on your own, and we fix what broke.

Maven describes cohorts as guided programs to get real results, and workshops as hands-on sprints to practise new skills. That is the difference here too.
This workshop is a hands-on sprint for people who already work in Claude Code. In one fast-paced day it builds one thing: a pipeline that turns your articles, videos and transcripts into Shorts and Reels. My ready-made skills do the heavy lifting, you tune them to your brand, and you leave with Shorts from your own source and a pipeline you can run every week. We do not stop for Claude Code basics.
Claude Code Builder is my six-week guided cohort. I take you from your first install to designing your own system: your rules and memory, your own skills, your tools wired in, and agents that run on a schedule.
Editing long-form videos is a bigger job again, so it gets its own guided cohort, and workshop buyers hear first when it opens.
New to Claude Code? Take Claude Code Builder. Already in Claude Code and Shorts are the job? Take the workshop. Claude Code Builder students get this workshop at 40% off.
The pipeline works from any source where the ideas are in words. The kit ships a preset for each of these:
Shorts and Reels for creators: vertical, captioned for a phone with the sound off, the hook in the first seconds, from your articles, videos and podcast episodes.
UGC ads: a creator talking to camera about a product, cut tight, captioned, in vertical and square.
Product clips for e-commerce: one feature or one result per clip, with product callouts, for Reels and the product page.
Video ads for YouTube and Google Ads: 6, 15 and 30 second cuts held to the exact limits.
Not a fit: footage where nobody speaks and the idea is not in words, and long-form editing, which is its own cohort.
From public Maven reviews of my Claude Code Builder cohort.
"Dheeraj was a great instructor. It was clear that he genuinely wanted his students to succeed and leave the course with something practical. I now have a working agent helping with my partner's business."
Lauren Lord, Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, LL Consulting
"It was practical, well-structured, and made Claude Code approachable even for someone without a technical or coding background. What I liked most was the learn-by-building approach."
Vinod SV, Group Product Manager, Tally Solutions
"If you're non-technical and think Claude Code is out of reach, it's not. This course proves it."
Elsadig Elmahi, PM, Palace Consult Engineering
