I teach the way I have learned it, from the inside of growth. From the NFL creative team to Silicon Valley tech, through scaling to IPO, then building communities and supporting leaders through the biggest cultural shifts of the last decade, I have seen what helps people grow and what breaks them. I believe growth is human, collective, and sustainable. It takes courage to slow down, reflect, realign, and lead with intention. My approach is “with not for”. You do not need saving. You need space to think, sharp tools, and the right challenge and support to translate what you already know into consistent leadership in the real world.

I'm Leah, a change management strategist with 20 years in agency operations.

Before Gather + Grow, I served as Chief Operating Officer at a boutique communications firm and worked inside world-class global marketing and communications agencies serving Fortune 100 clients including Mars-Wrigley, ALDI, Edward Jones, Crown Imports, and Kellogg's.

I work with leaders and founders who are clear on where they're going but whose organizations can't yet keep pace. We help them get honest about priorities, build the structures that create real ownership, and put the rhythms and decision-making practices in place so the organization can actually execute. Clear direction, shared accountability, a team that doesn't need you in every room for things to move.
