About Gabriela de Queiroz
Gabriela is a former Director of AI at Microsoft — selected by CEO Satya Nadella to lead a high-priority initiative helping Bay Area startups adopt Azure AI. Before that, she held two executive roles at IBM as Program Director for Open Source, Data & AI Technologies and then as Chief Data Scientist for AI Strategy and Innovation.
She has worked at AI startups that were acquired, and also invests in early-stage AI companies.
She founded R-Ladies and AI Inclusive, global communities with over 200k members across 60+ countries, and has taught AI and data science to over 300k students through Maven, Coursera, edX, DataCamp, and corporate AI training programs.
She brings that same hands-on, real-world perspective directly into every session.
