Ex-Meta · 3x founder · StratEngine AI

You already use AI for emails and ideas. The work that eats your week is still done by hand: the morning sort of what needs you, the follow-ups, the reports, the busywork you file at night. Everyone is selling AI agents for this, and almost nobody will say plainly what one is or what happens the day it breaks.
This course builds one, on your real work, in three live classes. First an automation: a morning briefing that reads the places your work lives and tells you what needs you today. Then you give it a brain: the same readers become an agent's tools, it gets your judgment written down and its own key, and it decides what to look at. Then you put it to work: it acts on the safe jobs, asks before anything it cannot undo, runs when your laptop is closed, and reports what it did. One agent, one job, and you can check its work.
You do not need to be technical. You need to describe how you do the work today. Claude Code does the building; you do the deciding. And because you learn the skill underneath, you can fix it, improve it, and point it at the next chore yourself, with the same AI that built it.
You go from doing the repeating work yourself to an agent that does it for you, reports back, and stays inside the lines you set.
Map the repeating tasks in your week and pick the ones worth automating first
Build a morning briefing that reads your calendar, tasks, and inbox, and tells you what needs you today
Keep what you build: it runs on your own accounts, and you can fix it yourself
Set up agents that run on a schedule, do real work, and report back to you
Give each agent clear boundaries so you always know what it can and cannot touch
Fix and extend your agents yourself, because you built them and know how they work
Move from an agent that briefs you to one that handles the safe jobs and asks before the rest
Run it in the cloud, so a closed lid or a weekend away never stops it
Read a plain report of what it did, what it skipped, and what broke, so silence never means fine

Nontechnical founder running 3 companies solo with AI.

You own an established business, and the follow-ups, the reports, and the daily sorting still happen by hand.
You have heard "AI agents" many times and want the honest version: what one is, what it can safely do in your business, and what breaks.
You already use AI for emails and ideas, and you want to build something that works while you are not at the keyboard.

Projects
2-5 hrs / week
The briefing is the first project: an hour or two to plug in one more source and let it run for a week. The agent is the second: a week of reading its work and tuning the criteria. The handoff is the last: an hour to move it off your laptop and read its first report. If a week gets away from you, nothing breaks.
Async content
1 hr / week
About an hour of setup before Class 1, every step a follow-along video. Before Class 2 and Class 3, about 30 minutes each: the accounts and keys the agent will use, and the always-on home it moves to.
