For me, public service is more than a career; it's my calling. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving in government and higher education roles, including the Social Security Administration, the Government of the Virgin Islands, and as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Union University. Through my consulting practice, DocuAdvisory Services, I also help others strengthen governance, policy, compliance, and educational initiatives. My passion is empowering others through knowledge because informed people make better decisions. Whether I'm teaching Social Security, public policy, governance, or leadership, my goal is the same: to simplify complex information, build confidence, and equip others with practical knowledge they can apply in their personal and professional lives.
