PINNs Tech. Bootcamp

Dr. Mohammad Samara

Expert in AI , Simulation, Engineering

Become a true Expert in PINNs Tech and use it in your own project...

This is a Bootcamp designed to teach you the basics of PINNs Tech. all the way to be able to model complex problems such as solving fluid dynamics and structure analysis using PINNs and its related technologies, this course will target the following issues:

  • Understand the Math behind partial differential equations (PDEs).

  • write a code to solve the PDEs using Finite Difference Method (FDM).

  • Write and build Machine Learning Algorithms to solve PINNs tech. using Pytorch.

  • Build Machine Learning Algorithms to solve PINNs using NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo.

  • Use NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo to solve practical engineering problems for fluid dynamics, Heat transfer and structural analysis.

What you’ll learn

Covers FDM, PDEs, and PINNs related Tech. using PyTorch, and NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo for solving real-world scientific problems.

  • Every problem related PDEs are going to fully be explained.

  • Write and build Algorithms from scratch to sole the Finite Difference Method.

  • You will be able to write a code to solve a real problem using FDM using python.

  • These results will be used to compare it with the results for the PINNs tech solvers results.

  • Write and build Machine Learning Algorithms to solve PINNs, Inv-PINNs, and DNO using Pytorch.

  • Pytorch coding skills are important to understand how the calculation is made for PINNs tech problems.

  • Understand the general coding methods for Nvidia physics nemo.

  • Apply PINNs tech for fluid dynamics and structural analysis problems.

  • Apply PINNs tech for complex geometry.
