By the end of the workshop, you will have used an emerging literacy in AI to effectively collaborate with Claude. The best part? You'll learn while building something you can use immediately after the workshop.

While Claude will be used for teaching and live demos, the foundations you learn will translate well in your use of other AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.
You'll understand how to navigate Claude, collaborate with it effectively, use it to organize work, and automate tasks with Cowork. More importantly, you'll walk away knowing how to keep getting better each and every day.

Getting Started with Claude and Cowork
We'll establish what Claude and Cowork are, the mental model the rest of the day is built on, and how to think about your workplace's AI policy before going hands-on.
- 1:30PM EDT
How to Set Up Projects and Use Memory
You'll create a Project that gives Claude persistent context for your work, and configure Memory so Claude carries the right facts about you across every conversation.
- 2:15PM EDT
How to Create Artifacts and Build Skills
Artifacts give you a workspace to iterate on files with Claude; Skills package a repeatable workflow so the same task runs the same way every time.
- 3:00PM EDT
How to Connect Claude to Your Workspace
We'll wire up a few connectors so Claude can act on the real documents and meetings you work with. We'll also bring Cowork into the picture.
- 3:30PM EDT
How to Automate Work with Cowork
You'll use everything you've assembled (Project, Memory, Skill, and connectors) to build a real automation that produces a finished deliverable on its own.

(Optional) Q+A with Dom
We'll finish off the workshop with an optional Q+A to help you take what you've learned into your work.
