6 years in enterprise SaaS sales. Good at it, but I ran off scattered notes, gut instinct, and a manager stretched thin.

Then I lost that manager with no support and a full pipeline. I knew Challenger, MEDDPICC, and NEPQ, but keeping it all in my head during live deals was impossible. Then I discovered AI agents.

I snuck into Maven courses meant for technical PMs. Built a sales OS in Cursor, trained on my deals, my voice, my methodology. Turned it into the manager I didn't have. 30 days later I 4X'd my pipeline.

The results: While ramping on a brand new product I'd never sold, I closed ~$400k in the first six months; a $45K deal in a 30-minute first discovery call; a $130K enterprise deal in under 6 weeks.
