Agents are the part of Microsoft 365 Copilot that moves from answering questions to getting multi-step work done: researching a topic, analysing a spreadsheet, answering your team's questions from your own documents. You don't need to code to use them, but you do need to know what they can do, how to build one that is actually useful, and where the limits are. This is the official Microsoft course for everyday business users, taught live by a Microsoft Certified Trainer in two evening sessions. You work in a hosted Microsoft 365 lab environment with Copilot, so there is nothing to install and you don't need a company licence. You use the prebuilt Analyst and Researcher agents, build your own Copilot Chat agent and a SharePoint agent, and learn how to share them safely in Teams. Between the sessions you design an agent for a real process in your own work and get feedback on it.

Prerequisites
Basic experience with Microsoft 365
You should be comfortable with Word, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. No Copilot licence or coding is needed.
Familiarity with general IT practices
Microsoft lists this as a prerequisite. You should know the basics of how work apps, files and access permissions behave.
