You will practice the work through realistic enterprise scenarios, solution-design exercises, architecture workshops, customer discovery, PoC planning, ROI analysis, and a hands-on capstone.
The goal is not simply to know AI. It is to become someone organizations can trust to turn AI technology into deployed business value.
What you’ll learn
Turn enterprise AI needs into deployable solutions through discovery, architecture, PoCs, stakeholder alignment, and business impact.
Run structured discovery to uncover real customer needs and constraints.
Translate business requirements into AI capabilities and solution architecture.
Identify where agents, LLMs, automation, or conventional systems fit best.
Design end-to-end solutions across models, agents, data, APIs, tools, and workflows.
Make informed trade-offs across cost, latency, security, reliability, and scale.
Create architecture artifacts that engineering and customer teams can execute.
Scope PoCs around hypotheses, success criteria, constraints, and business value.
Rapidly assemble AI/agent workflows using modern platforms and APIs.
Demonstrate solutions that can progress from prototype toward production.
Ask the right technical, business, data, security, and integration questions.
Facilitate discovery and solution-design sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Convert ambiguous conversations into requirements, decisions, and action plans.
Explain architectures, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly.
Present technical solutions through executive-friendly narratives and diagrams.
Build stakeholder confidence and alignment around the proposed solution.
Define business KPIs, technical metrics, and deployment success criteria.
Develop pilot-to-production roadmaps covering dependencies, risks, and ownership.
Connect AI architecture decisions to ROI and measurable customer outcomes.
