I've spent my career building companies and helping other founders build theirs. I've founded six ventures, raised over €2M, and built across three continents. I've also sat on the other side of the table as an angel investor, so I know firsthand what makes an investor lean in and what makes them pass.

As MD of Founderland, I lead one of Europe's largest communities for underrepresented founders, and I've watched closely who gets backed and who gets overlooked. It's rarely about the idea. It's about whether the founder is findable, credible, and ready when the moment comes.

I've coached founders 1:1, advised on fundraising and GTM, and given a TEDx talk. I've been named to BusinessWeek's Top 25 Under 25, funded by Google twice, and featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, and Fast Company.
