Write CLAUDE.md, goals-and-context.md, and stakeholder-map.md together in session with guided templates
Plant project-status.md in Week 2; it comes alive in Week 3 when your scheduled tasks start writing to it
Write the skill, set the scheduled task, and build the HTML artifact; all three connect in Week 3
Add the project-status feedback loop so your brief reads context before running and updates after
Apply a three-tier review framework: self-review for drafts, peer review for client work, sign-off for high stakes
Leave with a live, documented system: five context files, a running morning brief, and a Heartbeat log of every task
