I found this an excellent investment, and one that provides a lot of insight around the reality of the real-life struggle of leading AI Transformation, coupled with a large number of resources to help. It also serves as an inspiration and has significantly lifted my level of ambition - I came away energised and even more red-pilled about the opportunity in front of us right now.

Looking forward to 2027 this course is an absolutely critical to-do for any Product, Design or Engineering Leader looking to start or expand their AI adoption both personally and within their organization!!

This course was 10/10. Claire and Zach ran the course like a well-oiled machine. In today's course industry, highly technical subjects are often delivered as a super-technical dump with no narrative, or as a gift-wrapped but empty box (fancy words but no substance). Claire and Zach are an exception to the rule. The course has everything. Bi-directional conversations with the cohort, a clear, well-defined, and well-run event calendar (thanks to the fabulous moderator Amanda), sticking to the point, delivering top-notch content... There's not much more you can fit into 8 hours. Also, I really liked the two-day, over-the-weekend format. It's hard, if not impossible, to get away for two days during the week, but the weekend spread made it effortless to attend. Looking forward to the CxO team's future work.

Really timely and taught by true expertise. A rare set of training focused on the end-to-end SDLC which relates to both Product and Tech side equally. Great sized cohort made the training feel individually yet benefitting the group dynamic.

Claire and Zach are the kind of instructors who meet you exactly where you are and leave you with a clear picture of what's actually possible. Over a weekend, they walked us through the full picture of what it takes to AI-pill an organization: culture, technical readiness, and operating model. The cohort was kept intentionally small, which meant real conversation instead of a lecture, and the guest firesides with the CPO of Gamma and the head of Coinbase Wallet made it feel like a masterclass in what the frontier actually looks like. What I left with: a framework I can use immediately, language to bring back to any org, and the confidence to stop waiting for permission to move faster. Any chance I get to learn from them, I take it!
