Alumni reviews

Strongly recommend the Maven AI course with Claire Vo and Zach Davis: Executive Playbook for AI in Engineering, Product, and Design. It's time to re-evaluate which of our processes still earn their place. So many of our workflows—approvals, handoffs, staged reviews—exist to ration scarce engineering capacity. When that scarcity goes away, a lot of that overhead stops protecting quality and starts slowing us down. After two days, I feel like I have a solid framework to help Ford Credit make that transition to a fully AI-forward organization that rethinks process (rather than bolting AI onto the old way of working). We have a ways to go for sure, but I'm very glad to have a clearer path forward. Thank you Claire Vo, Zach Davis, Chintan Turakhia, and Jon Noronha for such a great class—and thank you Jared Wall for your continued support in this effort.

Fantastic course for anyone in the leadership role trying to navigate AI at an enterprise level, to come past the hype and truly get into the grips of what it means. I enjoyed the smaller cohort, engaging conversations & also the different industry perspective. Claire and Zach are not just instructors, they are builders & so you get the true live examples of what it means. One of the best courses I've had in a long time.

Claire is on the very edge of what is possible, and such a natural teacher. Zach is dealing with a legacy code base and everything that goes along with that. Amanda is so helpful in ensuring we get everything we need. The fireside chats here were incredible as well. Highly recommended. Wish more folks from my company could have joined!

I went into this cohort looking for practical frameworks, not just AI hype — and they delivered. Claire and Zach dive straight into building a real implementation plan for your org: repo readiness, agent infrastructure, team adoption, stuff you can actually go act on the next day. The biggest value was rethinking how I approach product and development — flipping our processes to fit AI instead of the other way around, plus playbooks that get you there way faster than figuring it out solo. Highly recommend if you're a technical leader trying to move a real engineering org toward AI-assisted workflows.

Excellent use of time. Here's what I loved about this course: - it's not just about what other companies are doing with AI in their organizations and how they got their, though the guest speakers and examples were great; it truly helps to gain an understanding of the possibilities, create a vision for where you want your organization to be, and how to get there. - It gave me clear ideas and examples of what steps we can take to go from AI experimentation and use cases being applied inconsistently to creating an operating model, measuring outcomes, frameworks for change management, and what is needed for technical readiness. - the course content, references, and playbooks are a treasure trove. Thank you Claire Vo & Zach Davis!
