Chaitali Narla
I am an engineering executive with 15+ years of experience at Google and Stripe. I got Superb and Outstanding ratings for most of my time at Google (equivalent to Exceeds and Greatly Exceeds in other companies). I have also coached 100+ ICs and managers to get similar outcomes in their careers.

Course schedule
2-3 hours per week
Live Sessions Fridays & Saturdays
8:00am - 9:30am PST
Live sessions for 2 consecutive Fridays and Saturdays. Total 4 live sessions of 1.5 hours each.
Office Hour
Tuesday, 5:00-6:00pm PT
Optional extra office hour for AMA with Chaitali on the Tuesday between the 2 course weekends.
3 Projects
~1 hour each
3 projects to help you practice, reflect and plan your own career strategy. Chaitali will provide feedback on every submission.
