Pre-week (3–5 days before Session A)

Week 1 · Session A: Scope the system

• Live Session: pattern, decomposition, reference architecture, what Claude owns vs systems vs humans

• Duration: 90 min

• Exam Domain and Weight: D1 17% + D2 13% = 30%

• Async content before the session:

  • Maven lessons on design + prompting sections.

  • Partner Academy Module 1 remainder.

Week 1 · Session B: Wire it

• Live Session: RAG, MCP vs API vs A2A, authn/authz, least privilege, observability at scale

• Duration: 90 min

• Exam Domain and Weight: D3 19%

• Async content before the session:

  • Maven lessons on integration.

  • Partner Academy Module 2 (Enterprise Integration) through integration screens.

Week 2 · Session C: Prove it

• Live Session: eval datasets, mixed methods, A/B, diagnose prompt vs retrieval vs model mismatch, cost/latency

• Duration: 90 min

• Exam Domain and Weight: D4 16%

• Async content before the session:

  • Maven lessons on evaluate. Module 2 evals + exercise.

Week 2 · Session D Govern it

• Live Session: guardrails, HITL, fairness, GDPR/HIPAA/FedRAMP as design constraints, review routing

• Duration: 90 min

• Exam Domain and Weight: D5 14%

• Async content before the session:

  • Maven lessons on governance.

  • Partner Academy Module 3 (Responsible AI).

Week 3 · Session E: Hand it off

• Live Session: discovery, tradeoffs, lifecycle docs, then team setup / Claude Code / ops enablement

• Duration: 90 min

• Exam Domain and Weight: D6 14% + D7 7% = 21%

• Async content before the session

  • Maven lessons on stakeholders + enablement.

  • Partner Academy Modules 4 and 5.

Week 3 · Session F: Timed mock

• Live Session: 63 items, 120 min (same clock as the real exam) + 60 min debrief on domain percents

• Duration: 180 min

• Exam Domain and Weight: All 7

• Rest. No new content.

Week 3 · clinic

• Office hours on the two weakest domains from the mock

• Duration: 45 min

• Exam Domain and Weight: As scored

• Async before the session:

Week 4 · readout

• Sponsor only: who sat, mock domain scores, who passed (if results are in), retake plan

• Duration: 45 min

Live sessions are scenario judgment (the exam style), not lecture replay of Skilljar. Sample item shape from the guide: least-privilege tool removal; prompt-cache the static prefix; retrieval first when answers go wrong after a corpus refresh.

Included

• 10 seats to my self-paced course (lifetime access, practice test)

• Recordings - while available - are not a substitute for live attendance

Attendance rule: a named seat that misses more than one domain session is still billed. We do not swap in a colleague in week 3 unless they have completed the async for the missed domains.
