Become an Agentic Architect

Great course and a very hands-on learning experience. I learned how to go beyond building individual AI agents and start thinking about the architecture of complete multi-agent systems. Using the AAMAD Framework, I built a multi-agent IT Help Desk support system with CrewAI as my capstone project, which was a great way to apply the concepts in practice. Thanks to Carmelo Iaria for the guidance and for sharing such a practical and structured approach to agentic architecture. Definitely a valuable experience!

Overall, I had a very positive experience with the course. I was able to learn a lot and develop a good understanding of the concepts, frameworks, and practices introduced throughout the program. The hands-on approach and the Capstone project were particularly valuable in helping me apply the knowledge acquired. As an opportunity for improvement, I believe some topics could benefit from a more detailed introduction to fundamental concepts. Since the audience included participants with different levels of technical experience, providing additional explanations of basic concepts could make the content more accessible, particularly for those with less programming experience. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience, and I would recommend the course.

"Become an Agentic Architect" was one of the most insightful courses I've taken on AI-assisted development. The AAMAD framework (Define, Build, Deliver) gave me a structured, repeatable way to work with agents instead of improvising with prompts. The biggest takeaway for me was truly understanding multi-agent orchestration: not just how to build it, but how to design where humans stay in the loop so the system remains reliable and accountable. The collaboration with my Cohort (my peers), was incredibly valuable. Seeing how others approached problems, opportunities, and their lessons learned, deepened my learning.
