We’ll explore how AI fits into everyday product work and walk through CIVA (Customer Impact & Value Advisor)—an AI-powered workbench that helps product managers learn, validate, shape, and deliver ideas end to end. Then, you’ll use Claude to build a tool of your own.

You’ll experience the whole journey—from an idea and its assumptions to a working prototype—and learn where AI helps, where to question its answers, and where your judgment matters most.

The goal is to leave with the confidence to put AI to work on a product challenge you actually care about.
