The Portable Income Lab is an eight-week guided implementation experience for experienced professionals. With your included Authority Graph, you'll interpret your experience, examine what work fits your life, investigate buyers, and develop one focused offer. Then you'll prepare a practical buyer path, make real asks, and refine from the response.
AI can support research organization, drafting, and preparation. Your expertise and real buyer evidence guide the decisions. You can explore an independent income option while remaining employed; relocation is not required.
Founding cohort begins January 29, 2027. Eight Friday sessions: January 29–March 19; final assignments due March 21. Tuition: $1,497, including the Authority Graph.
Enrollment is by application. The book is optional and purchased separately.

What you’ll learn
Develop and test one offer from your existing expertise, assess buyer response and delivery fit, and choose your next move from evidence.
Weeks 1–2: Interpret and Reflect. Examine real experiences alongside your Authority Graph; recognize, question, or correct its findings.
Build a shortlist and decision criteria around capacity, income needs, work conditions, and the contribution you want to make.
Weeks 3–4: Decide, then Position & Package. Investigate the problem and identify who benefits, decides, and pays before packaging.
Create an Offer Brief with an outcome, scope, client inputs, boundaries, price hypothesis, and delivery conditions.
Weeks 5–6: Publish & Prepare, then Pitch. Create a clear evidence asset, contact route, and minimum agreement/payment/delivery path.
Test the offer with relevant people. Record specific asks, responses, commitments, and payments as separate stages.
Weeks 7–8: Observe & Interpret, then Refine & Prove. Review buyer responses and actual delivery, workload, and earnings where available.
Build a Proof Ledger, examine dependence and location constraints, and choose Continue, Change, or Release with a 30-day next-step plan.

How the Lab works
Sessions: Fridays, 1:00–2:30 p.m. ET / 10:00–11:30 a.m. PT / 7:00–8:30 p.m. Spain (Europe/Madrid).
March 19 only: 2:00–3:30 p.m. ET / 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. PT due to U.S. daylight saving time.
Assignments are due Sundays.
