Fixing the EdTech Ghost Town

The contract is signed. The platform is live. Where are the users?

Your team delivered the rollout. Educators have access, but meaningful use is low. Another webinar may not fix it—and the next account review is approaching.

This live, four-hour workshop is for EdTech customer success, implementation, and customer education teams serving K–12 institutions. Diagnose why adoption stalls and build a focused response.

Work through a realistic fictional deployment and develop an editable Account Adoption Playbook: a friction diagnosis, prioritized intervention, stakeholder responsibilities, and a 30-day action plan with a 90-day review horizon. Distinguish access, product, workflow, and learning barriers before deciding what to change.

Planned debut: Q2 2027. Join the interest list through Get course updates to receive the date and enrollment announcement. No payment or commitment is required to join. Private remote team sessions will be available separately.
