AI Adoption for Law Firms: Equip Your Training & Support Teams

Arnitha Webb

AI Adoption & Change Management Advisor

Your AI rollout is underway. Build the training and support it needs.

Your firm has approved AI tools, provisioned access, and delivered training. Yet staff still say: ‘It doesn’t work for me.’ What needs to change?

In this live, four-hour workshop, improve an AI implementation already underway. Diagnose adoption problems, coordinate stakeholder decisions, and build task-based training and support around a realistic fictional law-firm case.

You will actively complete an editable AI Adoption Implementation Playbook: task assessment, diagnostic register, stakeholder map, training blueprint, performance check, knowledge article, and a measurable 30-day improvement plan. Reuse the templates at your firm.

Attend individually or with colleagues across Project Management, Training, Knowledge Management, Security/Governance, IT/Help Desk, and practice leadership. Compare perspectives and leave with clear owners and handoffs. No proprietary software access or confidential firm information is required.

January 14, 2027 12–4 pm Eastern / 9 am–1 pm Pacific | $599 per person. Q&A is included. Private customized sessions are available separately.

What you’ll learn

Diagnose stalled AI adoption and build a coordinated, measurable improvement plan with reusable training and support resources.

  • Explain relevant AI capabilities, limitations, information requirements, and human review responsibilities.

  • Complete a task-readiness assessment with evidence, review criteria, and a proceed, restrict, or hold decision.

  • Distinguish technical, training, workflow, policy, communication, and support problems.

  • Analyze fictional tickets, feedback, and usage data to build an evidence-based diagnostic and action register.

  • Establish stakeholder responsibilities, decision rights, dependencies, handoffs, and escalation procedures.

  • Resolve a rollout conflict and document a decision and escalation map with named owners and readiness gates.

  • Translate an approved AI capability into task-based instruction, performance checks, and reusable help desk guidance.

  • Create a 20-minute practice-specific training blueprint, a performance check, and a companion knowledge article.

  • Establish a 30-day action plan, ownership, decision gates, adoption indicators, feedback loops, and improvement actions.

  • Build a measurable improvement plan and scorecard, then revise rollout decisions when new pilot evidence emerges.
