Where AI prototyping graduates into serious practice.

Where AI prototyping graduates into serious practice.

You’re already prototyping with AI, but you’re starting to hit the limits of solo experimentation. Your output may not fully reflect your company’s design system, every project starts from scratch, and engineers may hesitate to build on your code.

This special five-week cohort is led by AI frontrunners from frog, GitHub, and other pioneering teams. You’ll get a close look at how agentic coding works in real agency and product environments: how designers collaborate with agents and teammates, where to draw the line between prototyping and contributing to production, and how to create workflows others can review, reuse, and trust.

We’ll explore agentic design systems, Storybook, shared prototyping environments, real data and APIs, AI-powered features, tool chaining, handoff, and team adoption.

You’ll also receive 30+ hours of asynchronous video lessons and articles, recorded in July, covering the foundations of agentic coding.

By the end, you’ll have a stronger agentic setup aligned with your company’s brand, conventions, and tools, plus a clearer plan for bringing your team along.

What you’ll learn

Level up from one-off AI prototypes to a flexible, scalable coding infrastructure for your design work: design systems, teamwork, and more.

  • Learn directly from AI practitioners working in agency and product environments, including frog and GitHub

  • Explore how designers collaborate with agents, engineers, and other designers

  • Understand the decisions, trade-offs, and limitations behind real AI-powered workflows

  • Work with agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex

  • Learn which tools fit different tasks, codebases, and levels of complexity

  • Combine agents, MCP connectors, browser tools, APIs, and other services into practical workflows

  • Set up rules, skills, DESIGN.md, context files, and reusable agent instructions

  • Connect Figma, design tokens, component libraries, and code

  • Create configurations your team can clone, adapt, and improve together

  • Set up design tokens, reusable components, Storybook, and Storybook MCP

  • Create a shared source of truth for designers, agents, and engineers

  • Build a prototyping environment that reflects your product and can evolve with your team

  • Work with existing codebases, real data, APIs, and AI-powered features

  • Learn where a designer’s contribution can end and engineering review should begin

  • Improve handoff, code review, collaboration, and team adoption without overstating what AI-generated code can do
