As a fractional GTM lead , she defines ICP, positioning, pricing, and CRM architecture to turn bespoke deals into repeatable sales playbooks. She also leads TEDxHarvard Square Startup House and has spoken on GTM at Startup Week Boston, a16z Tech Week, and Anthropic's Claude Community Boston. She holds an M.S. from MIT and an MBA from Babson.
