The Context Ladder framework gives you a clear way to think about where different instructions should live, from CLAUDE.md files up through skills and hooks, and I walked out realizing a few of my own rules were sitting on the wrong rung. The Anchored Interview pattern for building skills was the other standout, and the companion article he wrote on it is really good. Sam is knowledgeable and generous with his time. He paused for questions throughout, gave me specific guidance on managing context across multiple devices, and shared his office hours calendar so the help continues after the session. Know the format going in though. This is a lecture with slides and screen shared demos, not a hands-on workshop, and the templates and demo repo come afterward rather than during. The knowledge is shared but the implementation is on you to do async, on your own time.
