Principal UX Designer, Data-driven UX

Your research is a Slack thread, a handful of support tickets, two customer calls, and the same complaint keeps coming up. You bring it to the roadmap meeting, someone opens Product Analytics and twenty minutes later the thing you were sure about is parked for next quarter.
So here's what we do in two hours. You bring the feedback you already have, we sort it into a couple of claims you can actually check, pull the numbers behind them with Claude or ChatGPT (you don't need to be an analyst for this), and write the whole thing up as a one-page brief you can put in front of your team the next morning. No analytics access yet? Come anyway. You'll leave knowing exactly which numbers you need and who to ask for them.
Leave with one product decision backed by numbers (or a clear plan to get them), written as a one-page brief your team can act on.
Go from a pile of Slack messages, tickets and call notes to two or three claims with a clear yes/no test
Decide which claims your analytics can confirm, and which only users can explain
Have data? Pull the metric from Mixpanel, Amplitude or a CSV with Claude or ChatGPT, and check it holds up
No access yet? Define the exact metric and events you need, and write the request to get them
What to do when your sources agree, contradict each other, or leave a gap
Work through a real disagreement from your own product, live
Your finding, the number next to it, and a clear recommendation, on one page
Leave with a draft ready for your next roadmap meeting
Why a pattern you've seen ten times still loses to one funnel, and the claim-splitting method that fixes it. (20 min)
Sort your own feedback into two or three checkable claims. With data, use AI to pull and sanity-check the metric; without it, define exactly which metric you need and draft the request. (35 min)
After a short break: triangulation when sources agree, contradict, or leave a gap, worked through on your own examples. (30 min)
Turn your claim and its numbers into a one-page brief with a clear recommendation, then Q&A. (25 min)

Designers and PMs doing the research themselves now that there's no researcher around, and want more than "users said so" behind a decision.
Researchers whose findings keep getting overruled by a funnel chart.
Honestly, anyone sitting on a pile of feedback with no idea how to get it into the roadmap, with or without analytics access.
