By the end you will have a live, measurable workflow that your team can operate, a runbook for maintaining it, and a repeatable method for transforming the next process — without needing to become a programmer.

This is a build-with-support program, not a content-only course. You’ll get hands-on implementation help, workflow reviews, feedback on your setup, and support as you build. After the course, you’ll get one month with office hours to help you refine what you’ve built and decide what to automate next.
