This was an amazing course with tons of practical examples. I will be revisiting the material many times over the next year as I try to apply lessons to my own organization.

I’m glad I took this course and found it very helpful overall. It introduced me to concepts and approaches that I’m already putting into practice, and I came away with a much better understanding of what is possible with AI and automation in RevOps. My biggest challenge was the pacing. There were a few participants with fairly advanced technical knowledge, and it felt like the course moved quickly into more advanced material to meet that level of experience. For someone like me who has "middle of the road" knowledge, somewhere between foundational and advanced, there were portions where I struggled to keep up and would have benefited from more time connecting the basics to the more advanced concepts. That said, I’m very glad I participated and I’m hoping to join a future cohort to fill my knowledge gaps. I would absolutely take the course again because I think a second pass, with the foundation I have now, would help me reinforce the concepts I understood and better master the areas where I struggled the first time.

The course focuses on advanced, build-oriented workflows, but I found it hard to follow without more foundational material. I expected prerequisite resources before each lecture. In some sessions the live demo went straight to an advanced workflow without covering the basics. Course organization also needs work: some materials are outdated, recordings for the last two lectures weren’t available and the slides linked for the first two lectures require an access request. Participants with solid existing experience in this area will likely get more out of it than those wanting to build the fundamentals.

Great course! It provided valuable insights into the latest AI applications for Sales Operations. I gained several practical approaches and use cases that I can apply to both my current role and ongoing professional development. I especially appreciated the balance between content and hands-on demonstrations, which helped illustrate how AI tools can be effectively leveraged in day-to-day work. I would encourage continuing this format, with a strong emphasis on practical examples and real-world application of AI to drive productivity and business outcomes.

Useful and very practical syllabus. Jeff always makes it easy to understand the concepts as well as practical applications. Although this cohort was focused a bit more on technical build, one can the learnings and apply to use cases.
