Useful and very practical syllabus. Jeff always makes it easy to understand the concepts as well as practical applications. Although this cohort was focused a bit more on technical build, one can the learnings and apply to use cases.

Great course. Goes so much deeper than typical classes to provide real value to seasoned RevOps professionals. You will have actual agents by the end.

Informative. But the constantly changing schedule by course lead made it difficult to attend each session in person and plan ahead.
