Set up Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub once, then direct them for everything you build after.
Find a problem worth solving: one-page spec, three real conversations, then cut it in half.
End Week 1 with your landing page live on a domain you own, built and published by your agent.
Firebase sign-in and a database where every record belongs to the user who made it.
A FastAPI backend with its own model key: your product makes real AI calls, not canned answers.
Learn to direct an agent on a real codebase: the four-part prompt, and fixing what it gets wrong.
Move the backend onto your own always-on server, with https, CORS and a restart that survives.
Lock the door: token checks, rate limits and spend limits, so strangers cannot run up your bill.
Done when someone who is not you signs in from your address and their work is there tomorrow.
Pick one job you do every week and build the agent that does it, with the one tool it needs.
A check that runs before any draft reaches you: specific yes/no facts, not "is this good?"
Inside your product or beside it: a content agent, a customer-finding agent, or your product's brain.
It keeps a record of what it drafted and what you sent, and reads it before the next run.
Measure it: failed checks per run, so "it is getting better" is a number, not a feeling.
Put it on a schedule so it runs without you, and tells you when it did.
Get three people outside the cohort using it, and watch one of them in silence.
Write your operating week: what runs, what you check, what you approve, what it costs.
Present it live at Demo Day, then take the Bonus track to grow it into a full agent crew.
