Danielle Tye | Activate Edge will change the way you show up as a leader

For 16 years, I built and scaled product and technology organizations. I've sat in the seat: the pressure to have every answer, the pull to stay hands-on with work your team should own, the exhaustion of leading by default instead of by design.

Now, as founder of Activate Edge, I work with Founders, and Senior Leaders, many from product and technology backgrounds like my own, who are ready to stop maintaining a borrowed playbook and start designing their own. With ICF coaching credentials and 16 years scaling product orgs and teams, I help leaders make decisions they actually stand behind, hand off ownership without the knot in their stomach, and build a leadership architecture that holds up under pressure.
