This is not the right fit for early-career PMs focused primarily on product execution or delivery.

I've spent 15+ years leading products and product organizations across Lyft, Dropbox, Yelp, Google, and startups, including serving as a VP of Product. I've operated in both hypergrowth startups and large-scale organizations, leading product strategy, execution, and cross-functional teams through complex business and organizational challenges.

A significant part of my career has been developing product leaders. I've coached and mentored PMs from early-career roles through Senior Director-level leadership positions, helping them strengthen their strategic thinking, executive communication, organizational influence, and leadership effectiveness.

Clients work with me because I combine hands-on operating experience with a practical coaching approach. Rather than relying on generic frameworks or theoretical advice, I focus on helping you navigate the specific challenges, decisions, and opportunities with an operator's lens.
