This workshop is for PR and communications professionals who are good at their work but buried in the operational grind. Agency owners and principals billing strategy rates for admin-level tasks. In-house comms leaders managing too much scope with too few people. Independent consultants who can't prospect and deliver at the same time. If you spend hours on media monitoring, briefing decks, coverage reports, and pitch research (work that matters but takes too long), this is for you. You'll leave with five AI workflows built for your real practice, ready to use Monday morning.
