<p>I want to take the impact I make in my role as a designer to the next level by sharpening my skills to strategize better so I can deliver products that offer value. I think this course will teach me what it takes to be a more effective partner to my team and organization.</p>

<ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li><p class="p2-tall">A stronger discovery process; defining success and identifying the behaviors and metrics we want to impact (also pushing the team to track metrics). </p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">Sharing design/product wins with the greater team to increase our visibility and influence (the company is currently very sales-driven) </p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">Facilitate alignment amongst stakeholders which will help us achieve our goals in a more focused way than we currently do</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">Drive more value for the business through the culmination of these processes</p></li></ul>
