    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">My biggest 'aha' moment was when I grasped the difference between automations with an AI-enhanced step, and true AI agents which can take a prompt and then make a series of decisions on how to proceed with open-ended tasks. Another 'aha' moment was when I realized I could use a natural-language prompt to build the architecture of an agent in Lindy - extremely powerful!</p>
