<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">As a guide to others, I want to enhance</p><ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li><p class="p2-tall">how I frame questions and</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">help my clients with decisions as they think through big decisions in life; such as selling their business or distributing assets according to their goals.</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">I also hope to become better at looking at my own decision making processes personally. Strangely, it is easier to see another's circumstances from the outside. I need help (tools and friends) to get a better perspective on framing my own questions. </p></li></ul>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">More attention to data framing, consciously and unconsciously, and the intentional use of nominal groups to engage more real input in group decision making processes. Awareness of the use for kill criteria is a helpful. Calling myself and others to be more precise, define terms, and make vague language or assumed thoughts more explicit. </p>
