    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall"><strong>Realizing that I haven’t even done a PowerPoint presentation in probably 20 years, so the fact that there are so many younger, talented people who want to create and innovate the healthcare space to me is exciting. After being a nurse for 20 + years and focussing on patient care, just using the systems and apps provided to me to do my work, I guess it never even occurred to me that I could perhaps be the one to create something to improve a workflow or influence the patient experience. </strong></p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I most likely will not use what I learned from this course as my career is coming to an end. I am excited to see so many talented humans with the knowledge and desire to improve the healthcare space for the millions of people who have to use and navigate the often times confusing and frustrating healthcare landscape.</p>
