<p class="p2-tall">My goal is to learn how I can improve or expand my communication about the impact of our design work and make it visible through facts and numbers. I'm happy when I get a few takeaways from this class that I can apply right away and skills that I can expand on in the future.</p>

<p class="p2-tall">I'm excited to apply the frameworks to my everyday work in the new year. I already started to use the business value framework to gather some thoughts for my annual  salary negotiation in January 🤓 And I think one of my first steps will be to more actively connect with potential allies</p>
