<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I want to fundamentally change how I collaborate with developers. I wanna move from passenger to co-pilot. Right now, audits feel like handholding: chasing down devs over two-pixel misalignments and nudging implementations that were never quite pixel-perfect to begin with.</p><p class="p2-tall">My goal is to take direct ownership. I want to push PRs myself with design audit changes, automate the audit process through Figma MCP, and stop relying on back-and-forth to get things right. Beyond audits, I want to drive token changes and design system updates end-to-end and rebuild our UI Component Library from the ground up. That means going beyond the defaults: introducing microanimations where there are none today, and replacing our out-of-the-box Tailwind settings with a motion and spacing system that actually reflects our brand. So less handholding, more ownership. Design shipped not just documented and abstractly described :) </p><p class="p2-tall"></p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">First and foremost, I’m focused on strengthening the foundation by cleaning up our design system, improving our core files, and preparing the repo for a future AI native setup where designers and developers can prototype and build in the same space. I also want to support the designers I work with by helping them find their footing with new tools and understand the shift that’s happening in how we work. I’m genuinely excited to act as a catalyst for this change in my company and push things forward in a meaningful way, and I’m hoping it resonates well across the team.</p>
