<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
My background is finance — I work as a controller in FP&amp;A — and I've reached the limit of what I can build without real engineering.Three things I want from this course: build MCP servers so agents can reach real data safely, orchestrate multi-agent workflows with state I actually control, and evaluate agents systematically instead of trusting them.I'll apply all three to Vigilo, a liquidity monitoring system I prototyped for SME clients in Switzerland. I'm also here out of straightforward curiosity — I want to know how these systems work underneath, not just how to call them.

<h3>A breakthrough moment</h3>Until now I was still in the "Manual Era," building workflows node by node in n8n. Watching Claude Code and Codex design, code and test agents in minutes changed my role overnight: from building to specifying and validating.I love the Autonomous Era. So what's 2027? Self-improving agents, or an "Accountable Era" where verification, not coding, becomes the bottleneck?Curious to hear your bets. 🚀

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
Perfect timing! I started a new job last Thursday, and the very next day we were already discussing how to bring agentic AI tools into our next month-end close: it's a priority set by our new CFO.This course covered exactly that: where AI agents create real value in finance, and how to build them in a way you can trust. I've already joined the project team, and I'm excited to put into practice:- Keeping the numbers deterministic and letting agents explain, research and draft, so every figure ties back to the ledger- Building in human review, so the controller stays in control and the CFO can sign off with confidence- Testing and evaluating agents before rollout, not afterMy capstone, a month-end close copilot, turned out to be a dress rehearsal for my new role. Thank you all for the shared learning, and good luck putting it into practice!
