    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">The feedback from the participants of the AI interview was decidedly mixed. While they found the experience interesting, many expressed discomfort in conversing with an AI. One participant noted, “It’s strange talking to ‘no one’,” while another remarked, “It felt somewhat like interviewing myself.” Several participants felt that their responses lacked substance, stating, “I think I talked rubbish because there was no real feedback.” Despite these concerns, many participants acknowledged that they felt “a bit more free” to express themselves without the pressure of judgment from a human moderator, which allowed for a more open dialogue. </p><p class="p2-tall"></p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I will share a lot of learnings and tool tips as well as best practices with the company and do a pilot project with synthetic users. </p>
