Why I enrolled

Context:Starting in September, I’ll join hrmony as Head of Marketing. I want to use this bootcamp to better understand what it takes to build a modern, AI-first marketing organization—not by simply adding AI tools to existing processes, but by rethinking how marketing should operate when AI is part of every workflow.I deliberately chose a highly practical, hands-on program because my goal is not to learn AI tools in isolation. Instead, I want to gain enough real-world experience to make better decisions about how an AI-first marketing organization should be designed and implemented.Goals:1. Develop a Blueprint for an AI-First Marketing Operating SystemExplore and evaluate different approaches to combining human expertise, AI workflows, and agents, and develop a practical framework that can guide the future marketing organization at hrmony. 2. Automate High-Value Marketing WorkflowsIdentify recurring marketing tasks that can be automated to increase speed, efficiency, and scalability. 3. Create a Scalable Content & Campaign EngineDevelop AI-supported processes for research, planning, content production, campaign execution, and optimization. 4. Build Practical AI AgentsCreate AI agents that support:

Market and competitor research

Customer and ICP insights

Campaign planning

Content creation

Reporting and performance analysis

5. Launch a Real-World AI ProjectAs a practical side project, I want to relaunch the website of our local tennis club in Webflow and use as much AI support as possible throughout the process: from planning and content creation to design and implementation. Biggest ChallengeMy main challenge is not learning individual AI tools. It’s understanding how to build a truly AI-native marketing organization and deciding which workflows should be:

Automated

AI-assisted

Redesigned from scratch

Owned exclusively by humans

By the end of the bootcamp, I want to leave with a practical framework, proven use cases, and a clear roadmap that will help me make informed decisions about building an AI-first marketing organization during my first 90 days at hrmony.
