<p class="p2-tall">To learn the skill of asking questions that invite introspection and real-time self-discovery by creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and challenged in the right ways. As a performance coach and nonprofit fundraising consultant I need to build stronger trust with my clients so I can facilitate deeper breakthroughs and increase the impact I can make in the lives of the people and communities I serve. I also want to effectively and meaningfully contribute to this cohort through sharing and learning from my course mates as well as Mr. Smiley.</p>
