<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
My Goals for This Course: I run Nexus Recognita, helping European cancer care teams strengthen coordination and decision quality. I've built the methodology (Six Dimensions Framework, assessment tool, intervention library, 8-week leadership program) — now I need infrastructure to scale delivery without losing the human touch, and not to fall in the "architects's trap," build for the sake of building.<ol class="list-decimal ml-8"><li>Claude Skills — Package my diagnostic framework and intervention library so they work on demand, not just when I'm present (time to get hands on with Skills)</li><li>Operational Workflows — Automate emerging workflows, session preparation, delivery so I can focus on delivery, not logistics</li><li>Agentic Coding — Build tools that serve the business (assessment reports, content generation) without traditional engineering constraints (had my trial and error here and realized I need lacking excellence here)</li><li>Capstone Integration — Create something that connects into a system for amplifying the human infrastructure, and ideally Corina (my co-founder) can also use</li></ol>Bottom line: Move from using Claude for one-off tasks to building modular infrastructure that amplifies human connection in healthcare — not replaces it.
