My goals for AI Agent Certification course: <ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li>Learn how to automate current product workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work</li><li>Understand best practices for building reliable agents and making them usable outside our core product (APIs, integrations, etc.)</li><li>Identify real opportunities to apply agents within our product and turn them into practical use cases for our customers </li><li>Bring these learnings back to the team and help others get up to speed</li><li>Build confidence working cross-functionally on AI-driven initiatives</li></ul>



<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
What I’m most excited to put into practice is the mental model for how agents are structured and how workflows can be broken down into smaller, intentional components (planning, reasoning, tools, and execution).
