Must start by understanding the user journey - break down each step to complete the JTBD and prioritize.  Know your delivery team - be clear about what you want and what they need to execute! </p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I’m excited to work with my development partners, product team, and stakeholders to amplify how we work by leveraging agents to plan and design agentic workflows, where it makes the most sense, and transform product delivery. This course gave me the courage to keep learning and help my fellow product managers embrace inevitable change with how we build and GTM. It’s humbling and hard to get hands on again after working in a leadership roles - I know I need more practice to reinforce the lessons here! </p><p class="p2-tall"></p>
