<p class="p2-tall">I started working in UX research and, over time, became interested in learning more about UX design. I think learning more about design will complement my research background and give me more opportunities to work on different types of healthcare projects. </p>

    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">My “aha” moment was realizing that, in an AI-driven world where you can build an entire application from scratch in minutes, UX/UI is the most important aspect of the product. Products should be built to help people accomplish what they need to do successfully.</p>
