<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I’ve been at the Sr. Director / Head of Design level for a while now. I’ve consistently written clear strategy docs and influenced peers across the organization, but I’ve struggled to get senior leadership to fund or prioritize the work. Throughout my career, I’ve often heard, <em>“We should have done what you recommended.”</em> I’m ready to move beyond fighting uphill battles for what’s right. I want to lead change and make real impact.</p>
