<h3>Why I enrolled</h3><p class="p2-tall">To better use my UX strategy skills by bringing together what I have learned from the Monday meetups, from this course, and from other sources. I am advancing into a better understanding of how AI can actually benefit an organization (or not), based on the problem-first method, while identifying latent user problems, and understanding an organization's current UX Research maturity level.. Overall, to "gain a seat at the table" to properly communicate with stakeholders and create ROI from UX.</p><p class="p2-tall"></p><h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">The discussion reinforced the importance of designing interfaces that feel intuitive for both new and experienced users. Ideally, we want a progressive experience, where newcomers can move seamlessly from the outer layer of basic interactions toward the core of advanced functionality, while experts navigate efficiently without friction.<br></p><p class="p2-tall">What stood out to me was the idea of designing distinct applications for different user roles within the same enterprise context. It challenges the common assumption that a single app must accommodate all use cases. SAP Fiori’s approach illustrates how tailoring experiences to specific roles can sometimes provide greater clarity and efficiency. Still, the decision between a unified multi-role interface and a suite of role-specific tools requires careful evaluation of user needs, business goals, and maintenance complexity.</p><p class="p2-tall"></p><h3>What I’ll apply</h3><p class="p2-tall">I’m excited to apply my UX Strategy expertise to help organizations elevate the role of user experience at the leadership level. My goal is to advocate for UX as a strategic enabler, seamlessly integrated into decision-making rather than treated as an afterthought.<br></p><p class="p2-tall">By framing design discussions around business outcomes, user value, and measurable impact, I aim to make UX considerations feel intuitive for leaders, where they naturally see how a well-crafted solution not only resolves underlying user challenges but also drives ROI and stakeholder alignment.<br></p><p class="p2-tall">For me, that’s what it means to truly “gain a seat at the table”—turning UX thinking into a shared mindset that guides smarter, more human-centered decisions across the organization.</p><p class="p2-tall"></p>
